DELIVERY SERVICE
From receipt of a purchase order or an online order and after confirmation of payment, Boddingtons will despatch the goods the same day if an order is received before 1pm*. If the order is placed after this time, the goods will be dispatched the following working day*. An order confirmation will be faxed or emailed to you after receipt of your order.
*Subject to the goods being available ex-stock, otherwise our customer service team will advise on the lead time.
Boddingtons will deliver all orders to UK mainland destinations on a 2-3 working day carriage service. A next working day delivery service is available at an extra charge if required*. All offshore
*excluding postcodes AB, DD, IV, KW, PA & PH where a small surcharge will apply
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Our standard minimum goods order value is £75.00 (net), unless agreed directly with our customer service team, plus our minimum £15.00 carriage charge.
PAYMENT
Boddingtons can accept payment by most major credit cards, debit cards and cheques. No goods can be dispatched without the receipt of payment. Trade credit account facilities can be applied for. VAT is to be added to all prices listed, where applicable. Payment on our online shop will be via PayPal. Customers do not have to have a PayPal account to do this, as you can pay within the Paypal site with a credit or debit card.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. |

Shipping And Handling On acceptance of your order, we will check our stocks and if the goods are available we will arrange for the shipment to any UK Mainland destination. On the rare occasion that some of the goods maybe out of stock, we will contact you to advise the lead time. |

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted by phone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in on any web site or buisiness databases. |

Privacy Policy Boddingtons Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. |

Returns Policy Boddingtons will accept returns and offer a refund accordingly. If the goods are faulty or not as ordered Boddingtons will refund the product and delivery charges and arrange for collection of the goods. If the customer orders any goods and later decides they do not want them and wish to return them, Boddingtons will issue a refund as long as the customer returns the goods to Boddingtons Limited at their cost. Any refunds are subject to the returned items being undamaged, unused and in full re-saleable condition. Goods can be returned up to 21 days after the date of purchase. Before returning any goods please contact our Customer Service Team on 01621 874200 to arrange collection or for further details of how to return the goods to our premises If you wish to cancel a purchase, please either contact Boddingtons' Customer Service team on 01621 874200 or respond to your emailed order confirmation stating the reason for cancellation.
